Does this tool track or store my URLs?
No. Everything is generated locally in your browser. URLs are never uploaded or saved anywhere.
What is required to generate a UTM link?
You must provide the Base URL, utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. Term and Content are optional.
What happens if my base URL already has query parameters?
You can choose to preserve them, replace existing UTM parameters, or drop all existing params entirely.
Why is lowercase recommended for UTM values?
Lowercase ensures consistency and makes analytics reporting easier across platforms.
Can I include empty UTM parameters?
Yes. Enable the 'Include empty parameters' toggle if needed. By default, empty values are excluded for cleaner URLs.
Can this tool fix invalid URLs?
Yes. If you enter a URL without https://, the tool automatically adds it. However, malformed URLs will show a validation error.
Can I copy the generated URL?
Yes. A one-click copy button is provided after the link is generated.
